Please make sure you have read through and (for the most part) understand them all. If you have any questions regarding these rules, don't hesitate to contact a staff member and they will be happy to help you. [break]

[attr="class","likedosub"]GENERAL RULES

[attr="class","likedoinfo"]1 - Respect one another. Obviously this is a given for basically everywhere you go, but PLEASE act like civil human beings. You may have an issue with someone on the site, but at least pretend that you like them. For the sake of everyone's sanity.[break]


2 - No godmodding. This means no controlling the actions of another character (that isn't an NPC) unless you have been told you can do so by the member that owns that character. The same goes for hurting another character. Don't do it unless you've been told that you can, and the degree of damage done has been agreed on by both parties.[break]



3 - Please, please, please don't get possessive of cannon characters. I cannot stress this enough. There's been many sites I've been on where a site has been shut down because people couldn't share the cannons with other members and the whole place just became a toxic cesspool of bitchiness.[break]



4 - While there is no minimum word count for posts, please don't have 20 word posts a habit. It makes it more difficult for your threading partner to reply to you. Try to aim for at least 150 words, though this will not be checked up on, nor enforced.[break]



5 - Please abide by the ProBoards ToS and keep content PG-13. If your thread content goes, or is going to go, over this rating, please take it off-site. The content of these off-site threads can still be cannon, just not present on the site itself.

[attr="class","likedosub"]CHATBOX RULES

[attr="class","likedoinfo"] 1 - Don't spam the chatbox. Try and keep your posts to no more than four in a row. The admins are terrible when it comes to spam so don't follow their lead. [break]

2 - Don't use the chatbox as an advertisement space. This isn't to say that you aren't allowed to talk about other sites or drop a link or two, just don't leave a link and then disappear. Use the plug board for that instead.[break]

3 - Keep the conversation PG-13. This is just a general Proboards ToS rule, and the site can actually be reported and/or shut down if we all start talking about doing the do. A Skype chat might start up at some point in the future where NSFW conversation can happen without an issue...unless there are minors present in said chat. Then in becomes illegal.[break]

4 - Don't swear every other word. This isn't to say don't swear at all, though. NekomimiArchives is from Australia so swears are kind of part of her everyday vocab. But please don't turn into a walking fuck machine. The main reason for this rule may or may not be in place to keep you from putting NekomimiArchives to shame. I AM THE SWEAR QUEEN[break]

5 - Please just be nice to each other. This means no racism, sexism, bullying and anything else that's mean/rude/offensive. You will be banned from the chatbox if this happens multiple times.[break]

[attr="class","likedosub"]CHARACTER APPLICATION GUIDE

[attr="class","likedoinfo"] - The application sheet we're using here on Requiem uses nospaces, so remember to use [*break] (without the *) tags when writing out your application sheet.[break]

- The age section doesn't really apply to demon, angel and god characters, so feel free to leave that section blank,[break]

- The alignment section of the application sheet only applies to demon characters at this point. For the moment, the alignment section will need to be set at 'freelance' until a big 'ol event happens and you'll be notified if and when you need to change it.[break]

- Occupation also really only applies to human characters. [break]

- History kind of falls into a grey area. If you have acquired a canon role, there is a good chance that the history section won't apply to your character. And by that, I mean literally every canon character aside from Favaro, Kaiser, Amira, Rita and Jeanne don't have a history to speak of. Even then, they won't be terribly lengthy histories. Non-canon angel, demon and god characters also fall into a grey area. You can write one if you'd like to, but it isn't necessary. Human characters have to write one.[break]

- Characters from the original Rage of Bahamut card game can be used as faceclaims if you want to use them. Aaron Cherith is using a faceclaim from the card game. Just make sure they don't appear in either Genesis or Virgin Soul before you claim them faces.[break]

- If you are using a Rage of Bahamut faceclaim, please make sure you check if it appeared in Bahamut originally, or if the particular card(s?) were from a crossover event with another series. A simple Google search should be able to tell you.
